Terms and Conditions

The terms outlined below are for the Aqilla Customer Referral Programme. “We” are Aqilla Ltd (“Aqilla”); “You” are the “Advocate”, the current Aqilla Customer; and the “Referral” is your friend whom you wish to refer.

1 ) By submitting an entry into this campaign you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.

2 ) Eligibility

2.1 ) We will receive any referrals you send, but the following referrals will not be accepted:

  • New business from your own immediate organisation or department. This excludes different departments to your own within your organisation that are currently operating on a different accounting system to Aqilla.
  • Referrals for current Aqilla customers.
  • Customers you have previously referred.
  • Referrals for yourself.

2.2 ) In order to be eligible to make a referral, you must be a current Aqilla customer, have been an Aqilla customer for at least 3 months at the date of referral, and your account must not be in arrears.

3 ) Rewards

3.1 ) Upon completion of the discovery call, you will receive your 1/2 day of consultancy free of charge.

3.2 ) If your referee decides to implement Aqilla, we will extend a further 1 and 1/2 days of consultancy for you to redeem.

3.3 ) Aqilla Ltd retains the right to amend, change or remove any and all rewards listed above, without warning or notice.

4 ) Termination and Change

4.1 ) Aqilla Ltd may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate the Customer Referral Programme or a user’s ability to participate in the referral programme at any time.

4.2 ) Aqilla may change the requirements and rewards of the Customer Referral Programme at any time.

4.3 ) Aqilla reserves the right to review and investigate any referral activities and or cancel such referrals in the event that it detects activity which is deemed fraudulent; contrary to these Terms or otherwise unacceptable. In such a case, Aqilla will prevent both parties from further participating in this Customer Referral Programme and any further Aqilla promotions. Further, any rewards earned as a result of fraudulent activity will be avoided.

5 ) Privacy Policy & Data

5.1 ) All data captured for the Customer Referral Programme will be subject to the same conditions set out in Aqilla’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
