Refer and Reward

Terms and Conditions

The terms outlined below are for the Aqilla Customer Referral Programme. “We” are Aqilla Ltd (“Aqilla”); “You” are the “Advocate”, the current Aqilla Customer; and the “Referral” is your friend that you wish to refer. 

1. By submitting an entry into this campaign you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign Period: Campaign commences on 16th October 2019, and will conclude on 31st March 2020 (both dates exclusive). All referrals submitted during this time period will be considered.
3. Eligibility
   3.1. We will gladly receive any referrals that you submit. However, the following referrals will not be accepted:

• New business from your own immediate organisation or department. This excludes different departments to your own within your organisation that are currently operating on a different accounting system to Aqilla.
• Referrals for current Aqilla customers. 
• Customers you have previously referred. 
• Referrals for yourself. 

3.2. In order to be eligible to make a referral, you must be a current Aqilla customer, have been an Aqilla customer for at least 3 months at the date of referral, and your account must not be in arrears. 

4. Rewards

4.1. Upon completion of the referral, both you, the advocate, and your friend, the referral, will receive your reward. 

4.1.1 “Completion of the referral” in this instance means the time at when the referral (your friend) has successfully joined Aqilla.

4.2. You and the Referral have a choice of free reward:

• Three Months of one Aqilla Pro License, or,
• Three Months of up to four Aqilla Core Licenses, or, 
• Three Months of up to ten Aqilla Expense & Timesheets Licenses. 

4.3. Aqilla Ltd retains the right to amend, change or remove any and all rewards listed above, without warning or notice. 

5. Termination and Change

5.1 Aqilla Ltd may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate the Customer Referral Programme or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Programme at any time.

5.2 Aqilla may change the requirements and rewards of the Customer Referral Program at any time.

5.3 Aqilla reserves the right to review and investigate any referral activities and or cancel such referrals in the event that it detects activity which is deemed fraudulent, contrary to these Terms or otherwise unacceptable. In such a case Aqilla will prevent both parties from further participating in this Customer Referral Programme and any future Aqilla promotions. Further, any rewards earned as a result of fraudulent activity will be voided.

6. Privacy Policy & Data:

6.1. All data captured for the Customer Referral Campaign will be subject to the same conditions set out in Aqilla’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. This includes the law as covered by GDPR (2018) regulations.
