As of the 1st of July there will be some changes to Aqilla’s pricing.

As of the 1st of July there will be some changes to Aqilla’s pricing.


It’s the first amendment to pricing we have made for 10 years and is driven by notable inflationary increases in providing the service and a reflection of the not insignificant development investment made to the platform during this time.


On average, Aqilla applies a new release every 2 months, and over the years the platform has seen the introduction of large amount of new functionality from inventory control, through purchase order processing to automatic bank feeds to speed up reconciliation.  All this new functionality is available to all customers at no additional cost. Furthermore the supply of support and technical assistance is included in the simple straightforward subscription fee.


The new pricing will be applied to all existing and new users from 1st July 2018.


If you’re a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation or have a special pricing agreement then your account manager will be in touch to discuss how the changed will affect you.
