Bring your bank transactions into Aqilla
You can bring your bank transactions into Aqilla either through Open Banking or by uploading a supported bank statement file. The system then suggests matches, which you can review and amend before reconciling.

With Automatic Match switched on, Aqilla will suggest matching transactions based on your selected matching criteria, helping to reduce the amount of manual matching required. You can review the suggested matches before reconciling, or switch Automatic Match off when you prefer to match transactions manually.

Set a cut-off date to display unreconciled transactions up to and including that date, with the account balance at that point shown alongside them. If the account is a true multi-currency account, you can also filter by currency.

Some duplicate transactions from the bank statement were imported into the bank rec view. How do I fix this?
You can delete the transactions within a selected date range. Don’t worry about other transactions in that range being deleted; the system will automatically resync the bank data.
What statement formats are supported for import?
How do I filter which transactions get imported into Aqilla? I don’t want all transactions coming through.
